Avni is a traffic cop in a small town in Kosovo. He’s an ordinary, family-oriented man who isn’t known for his honesty or courage. Along with his partner, Gazim, he takes small bribes from drivers they stop for speeding. One night, thinking they’re acting by the book, they escort a drunk international court prosecutor to the police station – along with a heavy briefcase full of money. But the situation quickly escalates, drawing Avni and Gazim into a corruption case far beyond what a pair of small-town traffic cops are equipped to handle.
