Mehdi’s Little Kitchen

Mehdi walks a fine line. In his mother’s eyes he is the perfect Algerian son, modest, loyal to family and tradition. But behind the doors of the French kitchen where he works as a chef lies another world: his secret love for Léa and his deep passion for French gastronomy.

The two are about to buy the bistro where Mehdi fulfilled his dream, but Léa is tired of the secrecy and demands to meet his mother. Caught between love, identity and family expectations, Mehdi finds himself making the worst possible choice.
